Amazon.com, you continue to amaze me! Not only are your products reasonable, your customer service is outstanding. I ordered this beautiful calendar a couple of weeks ago but never received it. I called your customer service and was told without hesitation that I would be sent a new one without any charge to me AND I would receive it in with one day shipping. WHAT?? I was floored! Well, lo and behold, the UPS truck just delivered my calendar as promised. In these times we live in, it is wonderful to see that there is an American company and business that prides itself on honesty, integrity and serves its customers with impeccable service. amazon.com has been my favorite online vendor since its inception. I have seen the founder and CEO, Jeff Bezos, on Oprah many times and he struck me as a down to earth regular human being who takes pride in his company and what he sells. The calendar is exactly what I wanted; I order it from amazon every year. I wasn't sure if there would be one this year, after the death of Thomas Kinkade, and was happy to be able to get one.
